摘  要:为充分挖掘双馈风电机组在调频领域的潜能,抑制其退出调频时转子转速恢复导致的频率二次跌落,本文提出了一种基于限功率运行模式的双馈风电机组自适应频率控制方法。首先,定义启桨风速,在此基础上,优化双馈风电机组的限功率运行模式,提高机组减载备用的稳定度与可信度。其次,在机组频率支撑阶段,为适应不同扰动情况,将下垂控制系数与电网频率偏差值以及系统负荷扰动量耦合,根据扰动功率大小以及频率变化值对系数进行实时自适应调整,降低系统最大频率偏差;在转速恢复阶段,为抑制系统频率的二次跌落,借助Sigmoid函数定义双馈风电机组的调频参与系数,使其平缓切换至限功率运行模式,实现转子转速的平稳恢复。最后,通过算例仿真对比,验证了本文所提自适应频率控制方法的有效性,提高了系统的稳定性。In order to give full play to the frequency regulation potential of doubly-fed induction generators(DFIG)and suppress the secondary frequency drop caused by the recovery of rotor speed when they exit from frequency regulation,an adaptive frequency control method of DFIG based on power-limited operation mode is proposed.Firstly,the starting wind speed is defined,and on this basis,the power-limited operation mode of the DFIG is optimized to improve the stability and reliability of the unit’s load reduction reserve.Secondly,in the unit frequency support stage,in order to adapt to different disturbance conditions,the droop control coefficient is coupled with the grid frequency deviation value and the system load disturbance quantity,and the coefficient is adjusted adaptively in real time according to the disturbance power size and frequency change value to reduce the maximum frequency deviation of the system.In the speed recovery stage,in order to suppress the secondary drop of the system frequency,the frequency regulation participation coefficient of the DFIG is defined by means of the Sigmoid function,so that it can be smoothly switched to the power-limited operation mode,so as to realize the smooth recovery of the rotor speed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive frequency control strategy is verified by simulation comparison,and the stability of the system is improved.
