摘  要:分布式集群控制计及了分布式电源(DG)分布区域性与出力协同性,能够提高有源配电网的经济性和可靠性。但是,针对有源配电网信息物理系统(CPS)的信息攻击可能导致分布式集群控制的失效,严重影响有源配电网的安全稳定运行。计及分布式集群控制失效的有源配电网CPS安全性评估尤为必要,但有源配电网CPS的安全性评估尚无法考虑信息攻击造成的信息-物理威胁交互传递过程,也未从攻击者视角评估全过程信息攻击造成的安全性后果。为此,本文分析了分布式集群控制信息-物理交互特性,建立了分布式集群控制下的有源配电网CPS模型,结合有源配电网分布式集群控制CPS通信逻辑模型,建立了针对DG集群逆变器的信息攻击策略逻辑模型,提出了分布式集群控制失效概率以及分布式集群控制失效物理后果的量化方法,从而提出了分布式集群控制失效下的有源配电网CPS安全性评估方法,并利用仿真验证了有源配电网CPS安全性评估方法的有效性。Distributed cluster control takes into account the distributed generation(DG)distribution area and output synergy,which can improve the economy and reliability of distribution network with DGs.However,information attacks against CPS of distribution network with DGs may lead to the failure of distributed cluster control,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of distribution network with DGs.The security assessment of distribution network with DGs CPS,which takes into account the failure of distributed cluster control,is particularly necessary,but the security assessment of distribution network with DGs CPS has not yet been able to take into account the process of cyber-physical threat interactions caused by information attacks,and has not yet assessed the security consequences of the whole process of information attacks from the perspective of the attacker.To this end,the distributed cluster control cyber-physical interaction characteristics are analyzed,the distribution network with DGs CPS model under distributed cluster control is established,and the information attack strategy logic model for DG cluster inverters is established by combining with the distributed cluster control CPS communication logic model for distribution networks with DGs;a quantification method for the failure probability of the distributed cluster control as well as for the physical consequences of the failure of the distributed cluster control is proposed.Thus,the security assessment method of distribution network with DGs CPS under distributed cluster control failure is proposed,and the effectiveness of the security assessment method is verified by simulation.
