建构中国特色大学生就业理论体系探析

摘　　要：随着我国高校毕业生增幅的逐年攀升,大学生就业形势愈发严峻。当前大学生就业研究存在零散化、碎片化现象,导致理论研究对现实就业工作支撑不足。针对上述问题,立足中国实际国情,从逻辑起点与最终目标、根本问题、本质特征、理论建构等方面构建中国特色大学生就业理论体系,厘清中国特色大学生就业理论体系与中国式现代化理论与实践,以及经典就业理论的内在联系与逻辑启示,明确大学生就业体系的核心内容,以期系统化、科学化指导大学生就业工作,形成中国自主的大学生就业理论体系,提升我国在就业领域的国际话语权和影响力。With the annual increase in the number of college graduates in China,the employment situation for college students has become increasingly challenging.However,current research on college student employment is fragmented and lacks coherence,resulting in insufficient theoretical support for practical employment initiatives.To address these issues,this paper proposes a theoretical exploration of constructing an employment theory system for college students with Chinese characteristics,grounded in China's unique national conditions.This paper explores the logical starting point and ultimate goals,fundamental issues,essential characteristics,and theoretical framework of this system.It clarifies the intrinsic connections and logical insights between the employment theory system with Chinese characteristics and the theories and practices of Chinese modernization,as well as classical employment theories.By identifying the core content of the college students employment system,this study aims to provide systematic and scientific guidance for college students employment initiatives,forming an independent Chinese employment theory system and enhancing China's international discourse power and influence in the field of employment.
