摘　　要：高校毕业生就业是稳定就业大局、促进经济高质量发展的重要着力点,结构性问题是阻碍高校毕业生高质量充分就业的主要矛盾。本研究基于当前“有活不想干”“有活干不了”的毕业生就业现状,分析高校毕业生结构性就业矛盾产生的原因,并结合政府部门与高校在促进就业中的现实问题,有针对性地提出革新就业观念、创新人才培养模式、完善就业协同机制的对策建议,以提高教育供给与人才需求的匹配度,缓解高校毕业生的结构性就业矛盾。The employment of college graduates is an important focus for stabilizing the overall employment situation and promoting high-quality economic development.Structural issues are the main contradiction hindering high-quality and full employment for college graduates.This study is based on the current employment situation of graduates who are"unwilling to do work"and"unable to do work".It analyzes the reasons for the structural employment contradictions of college graduates,and combines the practical problems of government departments and universities in promoting employment.Targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to reform employment concepts,innovate talent training models,and improve employment coordination mechanisms,in order to improve the matching degree between education supply and talent demand,and alleviate the structural employment contradictions of college graduates.
