摘　　要：在全球化和信息化快速发展的背景下,高质量充分就业已成为衡量高等教育质量的重要指标之一。《中共中央 国务院关于实施就业优先战略促进高质量充分就业的意见》明确提出“将职业生涯教育融入高校人才培养全过程”。生涯教育作为连接教育与就业的重要桥梁,在促进学生全面发展、实现高质量充分就业方面发挥着关键作用。本文针对高校生涯教育的现状与挑战,提出针对性的改革措施及创新策略,旨在促进高校生涯教育的改革与创新,实现大学生高质量充分就业。Against the backdrop of rapid globalization and informatization,high-quality and full employment has become one of the important indicators for measuring the quality of higher education.The Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Implementing the Employment Priority Strategy to Promote High-Quality and Full Employment clearly state that"vocational education should be integrated into the entire process of talent cultivation in universities."As an important bridge connecting education and employment,career education plays a key role in promoting students'comprehensive development and achieving high-quality and full employment.This article proposes targeted reform measures and innovative strategies for the current situation and challenges of career education in universities,aiming to promote the reform and innovation of career education in universities and achieve high-quality and full employment forcollege students.
