咪唑啉温再生剂与再生沥青的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：制备咪唑啉温再生剂,进而得到不同温再生剂掺量的再生沥青,有助于进一步提高沥青路面回收材料在厂拌再生中的利用率和再生性能。文章研究不同温再生剂掺量下再生沥青的官能团结构、技术性能以及流变性能。结果表明:随着温再生剂掺量的增加,老化沥青的老化产物特征吸收峰得到了恢复;温再生沥青的高温指标恢复,表现为软化点、黏度、车辙因子、复数剪切模量、失效温度与恢复率降低,低温性能有所回升,表现为针入度、延度、相位角、不可恢复蠕变柔量增加,蠕变劲度与蠕变速率的比值(S/m)减少;当温再生剂掺量为8%~10%时,再生效果良好,接近或超过原样沥青,但就流变性能而言,尚存在一定差距。By preparing an imidazoline-based temperature regenerator,recycled asphalt with different temperature regenerator content was obtained,which is helpful to further enhance the utilization rate and recycling performance of recycled asphalt pavement materials in plant mixing.An imidazoline warm rejuvenating agent was prepared,and the differences of functional group structure,technology properties and rheological properties of warm rejuvenated binder under different dosage of warm rejuvenating agent were studied.The optimum dosage of warm rejuvenating agent was determined.The results show that with the increase of warm rejuvenating agent content,the characteristic absorption peak is effectively restored.The high temperature performance of warm recycled asphalt improves,which is manifested as the decrease of softening point,viscosity,rutting factor,complex shear modulus,failure temperature and recovery rate.The low temperature performance is increased,which is manifested as the increase of penetration,ductility,phase angle and irreversible creep compliance,and the decrease of the ratio of creep stiffness S to creep rate m(S/m).When the content of the warm rejuvenating agent is 8%-10%,the conventional technical properties of asphalt rejuvenating effect is better,close to or more than the original asphalt,but in terms of rheological properties,there still exists a certain gap.
