摘  要:钇溶胶-氧化钇料浆作为TiAl合金熔模精密铸造高性能型壳面层料浆受到广泛关注。由于该料浆中气泡难以消除,极易导致型壳焙烧后面层形成孔洞从而引起铸件质量下降。本研究采用超声振荡、静置两种物理方法和有机硅消泡剂化学方法对钇溶胶-氧化钇料浆进行消泡试验,对其消泡机制进行探索。结果表明:超声振荡、静置和有机硅消泡剂对钇溶胶-氧化钇料浆中气泡均有明显消除作用。超声振荡能促使气泡聚合、加速气泡破裂,减少气泡含量。长时间超声振荡和静置均不能完全消除料浆中气泡,并会引起料浆胶凝沉积。采用静置与有机硅消泡剂相结合的方法能保持料浆稳定、不胶凝,并有效减少气泡,将其用于型壳面层制备,成功制造出表面光洁的TiAl合金铸件。Yttrium sol-gel yttrium oxide slurry has received widespread attention as a high performance shell surface layer slurry for TiAl alloy investment casting.Due to the difficulty in eliminating bubbles in the slurry,it is easy to cause holes to form in the layer behind the shell roasting,resulting in a decrease in casting quality.This research explores the defoaming mechanisms of yttrium sol-gel yttrium oxide slurries by using of two physical methods,namely ultrasonic vibration and quiescence,and organosilicon defoamer chemical methods.The results show that the ultrasonic vibration,quiescence,and organosilicon defoamers have significant effects on eliminating air bubbles in yttrium sol-gel yttrium oxide slurries.The ultrasonic vibration can promote bubble aggregation,accelerate bubble rupture,and reduce bubble content.Long term ultrasonic vibration and quiescence still cannot completely eliminate bubbles in the slurries,and can result in solidifying and depositing of the slurries.The method of combining quiescence with organosilicon defoamer can maintain the stability of the slurries,prevent gelation,and effectively reduce bubbles,and the TiAl alloy castings with smooth surfaces have been manufactured successfully while put it into the preparing of the surface layer of the mold shell.
