摘 要:为增强城市滨水开放空间抵御洪涝灾害风险的能力,文章以株洲市湘江风光带枫溪段为实证研究对象,结合韧性设计策略,运用HEC-RAS6.5水力软件对四个不同重现期的洪水没状况进行模拟,根据定量分析结果来指导总体方案设计,并对规划设计后的场地进行承洪能力评估。分析结果显示,设计后10年、20年、50年及100年一遇的洪水淹没面积分别减少了3.28%,5.30%,8.70%和8.88%,设计前后同一位置洪水深度平均减少了0.14m、0.29m、0.44m和0.52m。基于HEC-RAS对场地洪水淹没过程进行量化与可视化分析,为方案设计提供了数据支撑与参数验证,可为滨水空间的景观规划设计提供实质性的理论支持和解决途径。To enhance the ability of urban waterfront open space to withstand flood risk,Fengxi section of Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt in Zhuzhou is taken as research object,combined with the resilient design strategy,the HEC-RAS 6.5 hydraulic software was used to simulate flood inundation conditions in four different recurrence periods.According to the quantitative analysis results,the overall scheme design was guided,and the flood-bearing capacity of the planned and designed site was evaluated.According to the analysis results,the inundated area in 10,20,50,and 100 years after design is reduced by 3.28%,5.30%,8.70%and 8.88%respectively.The flood depth of the same location before and after the design was reduced by 0.14m,0.29m,0.44m,and 0.52m on average.The quantitative and visual analysis of the site flood inundating process based on HEC-RAS provides data support and parameter verification for scheme design and offers substantial theoretical support and solutionsfor waterfront space planning and design.
