摘 要:将3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷修饰于铁尾矿为原料制备的MCM-41分子筛表面上,获得巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷修饰的MCM-41吸附剂(KH-590/MCM-41)。以水中Pb^(2+)为目标污染物,研究了KH-590/MCM-41吸附性能,并考察了吸附过程的热力学及动力学行为。结果表明:成功制备了对Pb^(2+)吸附性能良好的KH-590/MCM-41;当pH=6、KH-590/MCM-41质量为30 mg、吸附时间为7 min、Pb^(2+)初始质量浓度为30 mg·L^(-1)、吸附温度为323 K时,KH-590/MCM-41对Pb^(2+)的吸附性能最佳,吸附量为100.70 mg·g^(-1)。准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温模型更适合描述KH-590/MCM-41对Pb^(2+)吸附行为,吸附是以化学吸附为主导的单层吸附。The adsorbent of MCM-41 modified by(3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane(KH-590/MCM-41)was obtained by modifying(3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane on the surface of MCM-41 molecular sieve prepared from iron tailings.Taking Pb^(2+)as the target pollutant in water,the adsorption properties of KH-590/MCM-41 were studied,and the thermodynamic and kinetic behaviors of the adsorption process were investigated.The results showed that KH-590/MCM-41 with excellent adsorption performance for Pb^(2+)was successfully prepared;when pH=6,the mass of KH-590/MCM-41 was 30 mg,adsorption time was 7 min,initial mass concentration of Pb^(2+)was 30 mg·L^(-1),adsorption temperature was 323 K,the maximum adsorption capacity of KH-590/MCM-41 for Pb^(2+)could reach 100.70 mg·g^(-1).Moreover,the adsorption behavior of Pb^(2+)by KH-590/MCM-41 more followed the quasi-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isothermal model,and the adsorption was a single-layer adsorption dominated by chemical adsorption.
