摘 要:为了降低致密砂岩油藏注水井的注水压力,增大其注水量,提高注水开发效率,通过对复合有机酸FS-2、高效缓速剂HMS-1、缓蚀剂和助排剂等处理剂的优选评价,研制了一种适合致密砂岩油藏注水井的复合酸深部解堵体系,室内评价了其综合性能。结果表明:复合酸深部解堵体系的溶蚀性能明显优于常规土酸和盐酸,对现场堵塞物和储层岩屑的溶蚀率分别为89.2%和25.3%;体系的缓速性能较好,相对于盐酸和土酸的缓速率分别为90.5%和86.7%;体系的防膨性能较好,60℃时的防膨率可以达到95.8%。此外,复合酸深部解堵体系对目标区块天然岩心的解堵性能较好,注入水污染并解堵后的岩心渗透率恢复值可以达到300%以上,解堵效果明显优于常规盐酸和土酸。复合酸深部解堵体系现场应用结果表明:目标致密砂岩油藏3口典型注水井酸化后的注水压力均明显下降,日注水量均显著提升,3口井的累计增注量均在2200 m3以上,取得了良好现场应用效果。In order to reduce the water injection pressure of injection wells in tight sandstone reservoirs,increase their water injection volume,and improve the efficiency of water injection development,a composite acid deep plugging removal system suitable for injection wells in tight sandstone reservoirs was developed through the optimal evaluation of treatment agents such as composite organic acid FS-2,high-efficiency inhibitor HMS-1,corrosion inhibitor,and drainage aid.Its comprehensive performance was evaluated indoors.The results showed that the dissolution performance of the composite acid deep plugging removal system was significantly better than that of conventional soil acid and hydrochloric acid,with dissolution rates of 89.2%and 25.3%for on-site blockages and reservoir debris,respectively;the system had good retardation performance,with retardation rates of 90.5%and 86.7%relative to hydrochloric acid and oxalic acid,respectively;the anti-swelling performance of the system was good,and the anti-swelling rate at 60℃reached 95.8%.In addition,the composite acid deep plugging removal system had good unblocking performance for natural rock cores in the target block.After injecting water pollution and unblocking,the permeability recovery value of the rock core was over 300%,and the unblocking effect was significantly better than that of conventional hydrochloric acid and soil acid.The on-site application results of the composite acid deep plugging removal system showed that the injection pressure of three typical injection wells in the target tight sandstone reservoir significantly decreased after acidification,and the daily injection volume significantly increased.The cumulative injection volume of the three wells was all above 2200 m3,achieving good on-site application results.
