摘 要:生物传感技术是一门多学科渗透交叉的新兴技术,因具有选择性强、灵敏度高、分析速度快、操作简单、易实现自动化和集成等众多优点被广泛应用于生物活性分子的检测,在疾病预防与诊断、药物研发和疗效评估以及生物学研究等领域具有重要意义。为进一步提高生物传感器的稳定性、灵敏度和重复性,纳米材料被引入生物传感器的构建中。其中,具有高的比表面积、相对稳定的骨架结构和易功能化等特点的金属有机框架(MOF)材料为构建具有良好性能的生物传感器提供了新思路。重点总结了MOF作为载体基质固定生物识别元件的方法以及基于MOF的生物传感器对各类生物活性分子的检测情况,并对MOF在生物传感应用中的发展前景和面临的挑战进行了简单讨论。Biosensing technology is an emerging interdisciplinary field that has gained widespread application in the detection of bioactive molecules due to its numerous advantages,such as high selectivity,sensitivity,rapid analysis,simple operation,and the potential for automation and integration.This technology holds significant importance in areas such as disease prevention and diagnosis,drug research and efficacy assessment,as well as biological research.To further enhance the stability,sensitivity,and repeatability of biosensors,nanomaterials have been introduced into the construction of biosensing devices.Among these materials,metal-organic framework(MOF),characterized by high surface area,relatively stable skeleton structure,and ease of functionalization,offers a novel approach for constructing high-performance biosensors.In this article,methods for utilizing MOF as carrier matrices to immobilize bio-recognition elements were summarized,and the detection of various bioactive molecules using MOF-based biosensors was reviewed.Additionally,the development prospects and challenges faced by MOF in the field of biosensing applications were briefly discussed.
