摘 要:分析渤中27构造区储层伤害原因、构建低伤害钻井液对该地区高效钻井至关重要。综合X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、滚动分散及岩心流动实验等结果分析了储层伤害机理,发现渤中27构造储层黏土矿物含量高、水敏性较强,滤液侵入导致局部黏土水化是储层伤害的主要原因。针对现场钻井液储层保护性能不足,提出“降滤失-膜封堵-抑水敏”协同增效保护对策,即以降低滤失量与成膜封堵为基础,同时调控滤液性质最大程度保护储层。进一步研选高效降滤失剂、成膜封堵剂、水敏抑制剂等关键处理剂,构建了低伤害钻井液BZ-4,其API滤失量和回收率分别为3 mL、93.20%,均优于现场钻井液HIBDRILL(8 mL、37.7%),渗透率恢复值达89.30%,显著高于HIBDRILL(17.51%)。现场应用结果表明,低伤害钻井液BZ-4有效降低了渤中27构造储层伤害。Understanding the factors of reservoir damage in the Bozhong 27 field and developing a low-damage drilling fluid are more important for efficient drilling.The reservoir damage mechanism was recognized using XRD,SEM,rolling dispersion,and core flow experiments.The Bozhong 27 structure's reservoir has such characteristics as rich clay minerals and high-water sensitivity.The hydration due to filtrate invasion is the primary cause of damage.In view of the drawback of in-site drilling fluid for reservoir protection,the synergetic protection strategy of fluid loss reduction-membrane plugging-water sensitivity inhibition(based on reducing filtrates and forming film plugging as well as adjusting filtrates properties),was put forward.Therefore,the key additives were analytically selected such as improved filtration reducer,film-forming plugging agent and water-sensitive inhibitor.The low damage drilling fluid BZ-4 was developed,with API filtration and recovery rate being 3 mL and 93.20%,respectively,being better than that of in-situ drilling fluid HIBDRILL(8 mL and 37.7%).Furthermore,the permeability recovery ratewas 89.30%,being better than HIBDRILL(17.51%).The practical application indicated that BZ-4 could markedly reduce the reservoir damage in Bozhong 27 Field.
