摘  要:厌氧发酵能利用废弃物制取氢气。利用国际协会在厌氧消化领域推出的厌氧消化模型1号(ADM1)模型,模拟了富含葡萄糖和蔗糖的废水厌氧发酵制氢。模拟了厌氧发酵过程中产物乙酸、丙酸、丁酸浓度的动态变化并估算了乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、氢气的产率系数。为了使模拟更加可靠,向ADM1中加入葡萄糖发酵产乙醇的反应,估算了乙醇的产率系数;向ADM1中加入同型产乙酸菌对氢气的消耗反应,并通过拟合的方式估算了微生物降解氢的最大比摄取率。Anaerobic fermentation can utilize waste materials to produce hydrogen.ADM1 model introduced by the International Association in the field of anaerobic digestion was used to simulate the anaerobic fermentation of wastewater rich in glucose and sucrose for hydrogen production.The dynamic changes of the concentration of acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid during anaerobic fermentation were simulated,and the yield coefficients of acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid and hydrogen were estimated.In addition,to make the simulation more reliable,the reaction of glucose fermentation to produce ethanol was added to the ADM1 model,and the yield coefficient of ethanol was estimated.The consumption reaction of homologous acetogenic bacteria to hydrogen was added to the model,and the maximum specific uptake rate of hydrogen degradation by microorganisms was estimated by fitting.
