摘 要:粗苯主要来源于煤炭焦化过程,其产量大、用途广,是重要的大宗煤化工原料,其脱硫精制方法主要分为物理法和化学法两类。在化学法中,催化加氢脱硫法工艺过程成熟,环境影响小,加氢产物纯度高,工业应用广泛。介绍了粗苯加氢代表性工艺,综述了粗苯加氢过程烯烃加氢及加氢脱硫过程的反应机理,探讨了粗苯加氢催化剂组成和制备方法对催化剂加氢脱硫性能的影响规律。Crude benzene is widely derived from the coking process of coal.It is an important raw material of bulk coal chemical industry with large output and wide use.Its desulfurization and refining methods are mainly divided into physical and chemical methods.Among the chemical methods,catalytic hydrodesulfurization process is mature,has low environmental impact,high purity of hydrogenation products,and is widely used in industry.In this paper,the representative process of crude benzene hydrogenation was introduced,the reaction mechanism of olefins hydrogenation and hydrodesulfurization was reviewed,and the influence of composition and preparation methods of crude benzene hydrogenation catalyst on the hydrodesulfurization performance of catalyst was discussed.
