摘 要:在内浮顶储罐中,浮盘持续泄漏可能引发爆炸,若浮盘率先发生破坏则直接作用于储液,造成巨大经济损失,故需对储罐各个部件发生破坏的先后顺序进行分析。以不同容量内浮顶储罐为研究对象,采用ALE流固耦合算法建立了储罐内爆三维有限元模型,对爆炸载荷下的储罐失效破坏状态及浮盘抗爆性能开展研究。基于第四强度理论的失效破坏准则,采用动态屈服应力判别结构响应状态。结果表明:不同容量储罐的响应状态规律基本一致;半液位和低液位时,浮盘均率先发生失效破坏,低液位时,浮盘与罐体发生破坏的时间间隔分别为10.3、9.9ms;半液位时,浮盘与罐体的破坏时间间隔分别缩短至7.5、7.3ms;满液位时,罐体率先发生失效破坏,故认为浮盘抗爆性能良好。In internal floating roof tanks,continuous leakage of the floating plate may lead to explosion.If the floating plate is the first to be damaged,it directly affects the stored liquid,causing significant economic loss.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the sequence of damage to various components of the tank.In this paper,taking internal floating roof tanks with different capacities as research objects,ALE fluid-structure coupling algorithm was used to establish a 3D finite element model of the tank under explosion load,studying the failure and damage state of the tank and the explosion resistance of the floating plate.Based on the failure criteria of the fourth strength theory,the dynamic yield stress was used to determine the structural response state.The results showed that the response states of tanks with different capacities were basically the same.At half and low liquid levels,the floating plate was the first to fail,with a time interval of 10.3 ms and 9.9 ms at low liquid level.The time interval for failure of the floating plate and tank body was reduced to 7.5 ms and 7.3 ms at half liquid level.At full liquid level,the tank body was the first to fail,indicating good explosion resistance of the floating plate.
