摘 要:橡胶加工分析仪可以在一定的频率、温度和应变范围内测定胶料对形变产生的黏性响应和弹性响应的多种信息,主要用于橡胶黏弹特性及硫化特性的研究。介绍了橡胶加工分析仪的工作原理、特征及实验方法,着重介绍了仪器在胶料加工性能研究、老化性能测试、应力松弛特性以及硫化特性研究等方面的实际应用,对橡胶加工分析仪与其他检测仪器分析结果的相关性作简要阐述。Rubber processing analyzer is one of the important analytical instruments used in rubber research.It can determine the viscosity response and elastic response of rubber to deformation in a certain frequency,temperature and strain range.It is mainly used in the study of rubber viscoelastic characteristics and vulcanization characteristics.In this paper,the working principle,characteristics and test methods of the rubber processing analyzer were introduced,the practical application of the instrument in the study of the processing property of rubber,the aging property test,the stress relaxation characteristics and the vulcanization characteristics was discussed,and the correlation between the analysis results of the rubber processing analyzer and other testing instruments was briefly expounded.
