摘　　要：数字经济作为一种新型经济形态,是推动新质生产力发展的重要引擎,以数字经济赋能新质生产力加快发展,对于全面实现经济高质量发展、推进中国式现代化产业体系建设具有重要意义。数字经济驱动新质生产力发展在理论逻辑上有其内在机理、动力机理和传导机理。数字经济分别从宏观层面的生产关系、中观层面的产业质态和微观层面的企业活力方面驱动新质生产力发展。要充分发挥数字经济的显著优势,统筹推进有为政府和有效市场更好结合、全力打造自立自强创新生态、加快推进数据要素市场建设、深入推进拔尖创新人才培养。As a new economic form,the digital economy is an important driver for developing new quality productive forces.Enabling new quality productive forces with the digital economy is of great significance in comprehensively realizing high-quality economic development and promoting the construction of an industrial system based on Chinese modernization.Firstly,the theoretical logic of driving the development of new quality productive forces through the digital economy is sorted out.In terms of internal mechanisms,the new quality productive forces are a comprehensive reflection of the optimized combination of multiple factors in the digital age;the digital economy is an important driver for the development of new quality productive forces;and the ultimate goal of both the digital economy and new quality productive forces is to promote high-quality economic and social development.In terms of driving mechanisms,policy guidance,innovation drive,and industrial support are important driving forces for the development of new quality productive forces driven by the digital economy.In terms of transmission mechanisms,the technological upgrading effect,spatial spillover effect,and economies of scale effect brought by the digital economy can significantly promote the development of new quality productive forces.Secondly,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the mechanism by which the digital economy drives the development of new quality productive forces at three levels:macro,meso,and micro.At the macro level,the development of new quality productive forces is driven through the transformation of production relations.At the meso level,the development of new quality productive forces is driven through upgrading industrial quality.The digital economy can empower the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,the development of emerging industries,and the innovative development of future industries.At the micro level,the development of new quality productive forces is driven by enhancing enterprise vitality.Enter
