师源型性侵未成年人犯罪防治研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国师源型性侵未成年人案件发生较多,此类案件案发地点以学校为主,并呈现出犯罪持续时间长、次数多,侵害人数多的特点,社会危害较大。师源型性侵未成年人案件防治工作面临法律知识普及率低、调查取证困难、被性侵的未成年人救助和权益维护制度不完善等问题。对此,应提高未成年人防性侵意识,强化监护人职责,加大校园内部监管力度,完善被性侵的未成年人救助和维权制度,为治理此类犯罪提供方向。In recent years,there have been a large number of cases of sexual assault on minors in our country,and the places of such cases are mainly schools,and the characteristics of the crime are long duration,many times,and large number of victims,and the social harm is great.The prevention and treatment of teacher-based cases of sexual assault on minors is faced with problems such as low penetration rate of legal knowledge,difficulties in investigation and evidence collection,and imperfect systems for the assistance and protection of the rights and interests of minors who have been sexually assaulted.In this regard,it is necessary to improve the awareness of the prevention of sexual assault on minors,strengthen the duties of guardians,strengthen the internal supervision on campus,and improve the system for the assistance and protection of minors who have been sexually assaulted,and provide direction for the management of such crimes.
