摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,深入剖析了体育教育专业教师评价素养提升的重要现实意义、明确的目标定位及实践探索。研究指出:提升教师评价素养对于促进学生个性化发展、提升教学质量、加速教师专业成长及助力体育强国战略具有深远意义。目标定位:科学性目标旨在确保评价结果的客观公正与准确可靠;导向性目标旨在通过评价引导学生向全面发展目标迈进;激励性目标旨在充分关注学生的个体差异与成长进步,激发其内在潜能;操作性目标旨在确保评价方法在实际教学中的便捷应用与高效实施。实践探索:以科学评价为基石、以持续学习为动力、以实践反思为推手、以学生发展为核心的四大策略,旨在通过不断优化评价理念与方法,深入挖掘评价的价值与意义,确保评价始终服务于学生的全面成长与长远发展。By using the methods of literature and logic analysis,this paper deeply analyzes the important practical significance,clear goal positioning and practical exploration of the promotion of evaluation quality of physical education teachers.The research points out that the improvement of teachers'evaluation literacy has far-reaching significance in promoting students'personalized development,promoting teaching quality,accelerating teachers'professional growth and contributing to the strategy of"sports power".Objective positioning:The scientific objective aims to ensure the objective,fair,accurate and reliable evaluation results;The oriented goal aims to guide students towards the goal of all-round development through evaluation;The motivational goal aims to pay full attention to the individual differences and growth and progress of students,and stimulate their internal potential;The operational objective is to ensure the convenient application and efficient implementation of evaluation methods in practical teaching.Practical exploration:Based on scientific evaluation as the cornerstone,continuous learning as the driving force,practice reflection as the push,and student development as the core of the four strategies,the aim is to continuously optimize the evaluation concept and method,deeply explore the value and significance of evaluation,and ensure that evaluation always serves the overall growth and long-term development of students.
