摘  要:推进理想信念教育常态化制度化是落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求,有助于提升高校理想信念教育实效,助力大学生成长成才。本文以河南省高职院校为研究对象,通过对多所院校的调研分析,深入探讨当前河南省高职院校理想信念教育常态化制度化方面存在的问题及原因,从了解学生学习需求、教育、组织和评估入手,提出推进理想信念教育常态化制度化的意见和建议,为推进理想信念教育常态化制度化提供参考。Promoting the normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education is an inevitable requirement for fulfilling the fundamental task of moral education and cultivating talents.It helps enhance the effectiveness of ideal and belief education in colleges and universities and facilitate the growth and success of college students.Taking vocational colleges in Henan Province as the research object,through the investigation and analysis of multiple colleges,this paper deeply explores the problems and causes existing in the normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education in vocational colleges of our province at present.Starting from understanding students'learning needs,education,organization and evaluation,it proposes strategies and methods to promote the normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education,and further improve the quality and effect of ideal and belief education.
