摘 要:在全球气候变化与人类活动背景下,城市系统面临着来自内部与外部的多重压力和冲击,严重制约着社会稳定和区域可持续发展,城市韧性已成为城市风险治理的重要手段.基于“经济-社会-生态-基建”四维评估框架,运用CRITIC-熵值组合赋权法和耦合协调度模型,探明了2010—2020年成渝城市群城市韧性发展水平及其时空演变规律,解读了子系统韧性的相互作用关系与协调发展特征,并针对韧性城市建设短板提出针对性建议.结果表明:(1)时间维度上,成渝城市群综合韧性水平稳步上升,成都市和重庆市的“双核”优势显著,且展现出同步变化特征,子系统韧性增速由高至低依次为:经济韧性>基础设施韧性>社会韧性>生态韧性.(2)空间维度上,综合韧性呈“两翼高、中部低”的总体布局,经济韧性和社会韧性低值区均沿川渝交界处呈带状分布,基础设施韧性则展现出“多极引领”特征.(3)城市群子系统韧性由重度失调转为基本协调,耦合协调度呈“双核高、四周低”的分异特征,协调发展区呈空间扩张趋势,但截至2020年,处于失调等级的城市占比仍过半.(4)未来成渝城市群应打破行政约束壁垒,进一步提升“双核”辐射能力,基于制造业先发优势打造新兴产业集群,积极探索资源共享、优势互补的发展新路径.In the context of global climate change and human activities,urban systems are facing multiple pressures and shocks from both internal and external sources,which seriously restrict social stability and regional sustainable development.In recent years.urban resilience has become an important approach to urban risk management.Based on the four-dimensional evaluation framework of“economic-society-ecology-infrastructure”,this study used the CRITIC-entropy combination weighting method and the coupled coordination degree model to identify the resilience development level and spatiotemporal evolution of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration during 2010—2020.Further,this paper interpreted the interaction relationship and coordinated development characteristics of the resilience among subsystems,and put forward specific suggestions to address the shortcomings of resilient cities construction.The results show that:(1)In terms of time dimension,the comprehensive urban resilience of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration increased steadily.Chengdu and Chongqing showed significant“dual-core”advantages and synchronous variation.The growth rate of subsystem resilience showed the gradient characteristics of economic resilience>infrastructure resilience>social resilience>ecological resilience.(2)In the spatial dimension,the comprehensive resilience showed an overall layout of“high on both sides and low in the middle”,the low-value areas of economic resilience and social resilience were distributed in a belt along the junction of Sichuan Province and Chongqing City,and the infrastructure resilience showed the characteristics of“multi-polar leading”.(3)The subsystem resilience of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration changed from severe dysregulation to basic coordination,and the coupling coordination degree showed the differentiation characteristics of“high in the two cores and low in the periphery”.At the same time,the coordinated development zone showed a trend of spatial expansion,but as of 2020,more th
