摘　　要：党内组织文化是党内政治文化的重要组成部分,是中国共产党百余年组织建设经验的总结和升华,是新时代加强党的组织建设的“魂”之所在。党内组织文化依托组织体系的健全、组织原则的落实、组织生活的开展、组织纪律的执行,表征为“组织体系文化—民主集中制文化—党内行为文化—党内监督文化”四维一体。新时代加强党内组织文化建设需建设以先进性和纯洁性为导向的组织体系文化、以规范党内政治生活为导向的民主集中制文化、以严肃党内组织生活为导向的党内行为文化、以严明党的纪律为导向的党内监督文化,合理规划四维融通的发展路线图。Intra-party organizational culture is an important component of intra-party political culture.It is the summation and sublimation of over one hundred years of organizational construction experi-ence of the Communist Party of China,and serves as the soul of strengthening the Party’s organiza-tional construction in the new era.Intra-party organizational culture is represented by the integration of four dimensions:“organizational system culture,democratic centralism culture,intra-party behav-ior culture,and intra-party supervision culture”,all of which rely on the soundness of the organiza-tional system,the implementation of organizational principles,the conduct of organizational life,and the enforcement of organizational discipline.Strengthening intra-party organizational culture in the new era requires the construction of an organizational system culture guided by advancement and purity,a democratic centralism culture aimed at regulating intra-party political life,an intra-party behavior cul-ture focused on regulating organizational life,and an intra-party supervision culture centered around strict discipline enforcement.The development“roadmap”for integrating these four dimensions should be reasonably planned.
