摘 要:分析氢内燃机的发展现状和技术路线,总结了大功率氢内燃机的氢气喷射技术、混合气形成技术、燃烧控制技术、进气增压技术、排放控制技术、点火系统设计等关键技术。研究表明:现阶段大功率氢内燃机的开发主要采用进气道喷射方式,选用单级增压及冷型火花塞点火,运用稀薄燃烧策略控制NOx排放。缸内直喷技术可作为未来大功率氢内燃机提高功率与热效率的技术路线。根据目前氢能在轨道交通领域内的应用现状,对大功率氢内燃机的应用进行了可行性分析,总结了未来大功率氢内燃机机车可能的运用领域和运用模式,为未来的进一步开发和应用场景提供一定的参考。The development status and technical route of hydrogen internal combustion engine are analyzed,and the key technologies of hydrogen injection,gas mixing,combustion control,air intake pressurization,emission control,ignition system design,etc.are sum⁃marized.The study results show that current development of high-power hydrogen internal combustion engine mainly adopts air inlet in⁃jection mode,single stage supercharging,cold spark plug ignition and lean mixture combustion mode to control NOx emission.Direct injection technology can be used as an alternative roadmap to improve the power and thermal efficiency of high-power hydrogen internal combustion engines in the future.In the light of the application status quo of hydrogen energy in rail transit industry,feasibility analysis of the application of high-power hydrogen internal combustion engine is carried out,and possible application fields and application modes of locomotives driven by high-power hydrogen internal combustion engines in the future are summarized,thus providing certain references for further development and application scenarios in the future.
