摘  要:为了规范企业节能减排及碳排放数据统计与核算工作,推动企业绿色低碳高质量发展,开展了轨道交通典型焊接工艺碳排放研究。首先确定焊接碳排放边界,在焊接过程中总的碳排放量是由物料碳排放、能源碳排放和直接碳排放三者组成;其次结合焊接特性建立3种碳排放特性函数和核算方法,最后对轨道交通熔化极活性气体保护焊、熔化极惰性气体保护焊、钨极惰性气体保护焊、激光焊和搅拌摩擦焊等典型焊接工艺碳排放进行核算研究,获得不同焊接工艺碳排放测试数据,分析不同焊接工艺中3种碳排放的占比高低,从低碳制造角度对比不同焊接工艺的优劣性,为焊接工艺优化提供了参考。In order to standardize the data statistics and check of energy conservation,emission reduction and carbon emission in enter⁃prises,and promote green,low-carbon and high-quality development of enterprises,this paper studies the carbon emission of typical welding processes in rail transit industry.Firstly,the welding carbon emission boundary is determined.The total carbon emission in the welding process is composed of material carbon emission,energy carbon emission and direct carbon emission.Secondly,three carbon e⁃mission characteristic functions and checking methods are established based on welding characteristics.Finally,carbon emission of typi⁃cal welding processes applied in rail transit industry,including MAG,MIG,TIG,laser welding and friction stir welding techniques,are calculated and studied,carbon emission test data of different welding processes are therefore obtained by means of analyzing the proportion of the three kinds of carbon emission in different welding processes.The advantages and disadvantages of different welding procedures are compared from the perspective of low-carbon manufacturing,which provides a reference for the welding procedure opti⁃mization.
