摘  要:针对大载荷工况应用条件下的橡胶牵引球铰,结合橡胶牵引球铰径向载荷工况复杂、偏转角度较大的受力特点,提出一种封闭孔隙式结构设计的橡胶牵引球铰。在满足高承载特性要求、实现变刚度性能的同时,保持了与常规球铰一致的外观、安装方法和维护需求。结构上通过橡胶球铰硫化体、两瓣硬止挡和整体外套等部分的组装设计实现内部封装,保证球铰整体外观完整度。两瓣硬止挡在球铰内部提供变刚度性能,变刚度调整不需要更改硫化模具,设计上具有一定灵活性。采用Abaqus+Endurica仿真分析计算疲劳性能,并通过实际的疲劳试验,验证了该封闭孔隙式结构橡胶牵引球铰的可靠性,为后续高承载能力、变刚度性能要求的橡胶牵引球铰设计提供了思路。A close honeycombed rubber traction ball joint is proposed for the rubber traction ball articulation under high load condi⁃tions,in consideration of the complex radial load conditions and the loading features of the rubber traction ball joints with large deflec⁃tion angles.While meeting the requirements of high load-bearing characteristics and achieving variable stiffness performance,it also keeps the same appearance,installation methods and maintenance requirements as conventional ball joints.The internal packaging is structurally achieved through the assembly design of the rubber ball articulator’s vulcanized body,two hard stoppers and an overall out⁃er housing,ensuring the overall appearance and integrity of the ball joint.Two hard stoppers provide variable stiffness performance in⁃side the ball joint,and the adjustment of the variable stiffness does not require changing the vulcanizing mold,providing a certain de⁃gree of flexibility in design.Abaqus+Endurica simulation analysis is used to calculate the fatigue performance,and the reliability of the close honeycombed rubber traction ball joint is verified through actual fatigue tests,providing a new idea for the design of rubber trac⁃tion ball joints that require high load-bearing capacity and variable stiffness performance in the future.
