摘　　要：在响应国家新医科建设号召、应对科技革命与产业变革的浪潮中,精神医学专业学术学位研究生的培养体系亟待全面升级。当前,我们面临培养理念需创新、核心课程设置不足、教学方法单一及人才评价体系待优化等挑战。为此,提出以下策略:革新培养理念,强化跨学科融合与创新,完善核心课程体系以涵盖前沿理论与技术;推行多元化教学方法,融合案例分析、模拟实训与在线学习,激发学生潜能;优化人才评价体系,注重科研实践、创新思维与团队协作的综合评估。同时,加强导师队伍建设,提升指导质量,促进师生深度互动。这一系列措施旨在优化精神医学专业学术学位研究生培养体系,为新时代医学发展培育出具有创新精神、跨学科视野及卓越实践能力的复合型人才。In response to the national construction of new medicine and the trends of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,the postgraduates′cultivation system of psychiatry academic degree needs to be upgraded.At present,we are facing challenges such as innovation of training concept,insufficient core course,single teaching method and optimization of personnel evaluation system.So the following strategies are proposed:innovate the training concept,strengthen interdisciplinary integration and innovation,improve the core course to cover cutting-edge theories and technologies;implement diversified teaching methods,integrating case studies,simulation training and online learning to stimulate students′potentials;optimize the personnel evaluation system,focusing on the comprehensive assessment of scientific research practice,innovative thinking and teamwork.At the same time,we have strengthened the construction of tutor team,improved the quality of guidance,and promoted further interaction between teachers and students.This series of measures aims to optimize the postgraduates′cultivation system of psychiatry academic degree,so as to cultivate compound personnel with innovative spirit,interdisciplinary vision and excellent practical ability for the development of medicine in the new era.
