摘　　要：目的了解军队医院临床护士参与健康科普工作的体验,为护理管理者制订临床护士健康科普培训方案提供参考。方法采用现象学研究法对12名参加过健康科普制作的临床护士进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法提炼主题。结果共提炼出3个主题,11个亚主题,即开展健康科普工作目的(参与意愿、服务患者、硬性要求),开展健康科普工作效果(健康科普形式、推广程度、效果评价),参与健康科普工作动力与阻碍(成就感与获益感、分散临床护理精力、对健康科普认知不够、缺乏社会支持、培训需求大)。结论临床护士在健康科普制作过程中能产生职业获益感,提升个人价值,改善护患关系,提高其对患者健康的认知水平。护理管理者需关注护理骨干的健康科普需求,为其提供培训学习机会,给予经费保障,支持灵活的工作安排,同时建立健全激励机制,将健康科普工作与绩效、晋升挂钩,激发临床护士参与健康科普的动力。军队医院需聚焦基层官兵健康诉求,在健康科普工作中凸显卫勤保障特色。Objective To learn the experience of clinical nurses participating in health science popularization in military hospital to provide reference for nursing managers to develop health science popularization training programs for clinical nurses.Methods The phenomenological research method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 12 clinical nurses who had participated in health science popularization production,and the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to extract the themes.Results A total of 3 themes and 11 sub-themes were extracted,namely the purpose of carrying out health science popularization work(willingness to participate,serving patients,mandatory requirements),the effect of carrying out health science popularization(form of health science popularization,degree of promotion,effect evaluation),and the motivation and obstacles to participating in health science popularization work(sense of achievement and benefit,dispersed clinical nursing energy,insufficient learning of health science popularization,lack of social support,and high training demand).Conclusion Clinical nurses can generate a sense of professional benefit,enhance personal value,improve nurse-patient relationships,and improve their awareness of patients′health during the process of health science popularization.Nursing managers need to pay attention to the health education needs of nursing backbone,provide training and learning opportunities,provide funding support,support flexible work arrangements,and establish a sound incentive mechanism to link health education with performance and promotion,and stimulate the motivation of clinical nurses to participate in health education.Military hospitals need to focus on the health demands of grassroots officers and soldiers,and highlight the characteristics of medical support in health science popularization work.
