摘 要:目的了解成都市成华区其他感染性腹泻病流行特征及变化趋势,为识别重点防控方向和资源的合理配置提供依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统导出2012—2022年成都市成华区其他感染性腹泻病例,利用SAS 9.4软件描述发病率的人群分布及时间分布,并进行全局自相关和局部自相关分析其空间聚集性,检验水准α=0.05。结果2012—2022年成都市成华区累计报告其他感染性腹泻病6431例,年均报告发病率为55.80/10万。3岁以下年龄占比最高,为66.21%(4258/6431)。男性年均报告发病率高于女性(分别为60.29/10万和51.14/10万;发病率比IRR=1.18,95%CI:1.12~1.24)。从时间分布看,报告病例数总体上存在夏季和冬季2个高峰。Cochran-Armitage趋势分析显示,2012—2022年成都市成华区其他感染性腹泻病年报告发病率总体呈现出上升趋势(Statistic(Z)=-11.51,P<0.001)。空间自相关分析显示,2022年白莲池街道、青龙街道为成都市成华区其他感染性腹泻病“高-高”聚集区。结论近年来,成都市成华区其他感染性腹泻病报告发病总体呈上升趋势,发病高峰主要在夏季和冬季,报告病例主要为3岁以下散居儿童,建议在高发季节对重点地区、重点人群加强监测和健康教育等防控工作。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trends of other infectious diarrhea in Chenghua district of Chengdu,and to provide evidence for identifying key directions of prevention and control and allocating health resources appropriately.Methods The data of other infectious diarrhea in Chenghua district of Chengdu from 2012 to 2022 were collected via China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention.The population distribution and time distribution of the incidence were described by using SAS 9.4 software,The spatial clustering was analyzed by global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation,test levelα=0.05.Results A total of 6431 cases of other infectious diarrhea were reported in Chenghua district of Chengdu from 2012 to 2022,with an average annual incidence of 55.80/10~5.There was a significant difference in the average annual reported incidence between male and female(60.29/10~5 vs 51.14/10~5;Ratio of incidence rate was IRR=1.18,95%CI:1.12-1.24).In terms of time distribution,the number of reported cases generally had two peaks there were in summer and winter.Cochran-Armitage Trend Test analysis showed that the annual reported incidence rate of other infectious diarrhea diseases in Chenghua district of Chengdu increased from 2012 to 2022(Statistical Z=-11.51,P<0.001)Local spatial autocorrelation revealed that Bailianchi Street and Qinglong Street were high-high clusters areas of other infectious diarrhea in Chenghua district in 2022.Conclusions In recen years,the reported incidence of other infectious diarrhea diseases in Chenghua district of Chengdu city shows an overall upward trend,with the peak incidence mainly in summer and winter,and the reported cases are mainly scattered children under 3 years old.It is suggested that the prevention and control work such as monitoring,health education and other prevention and contro works should be strengthened in key areas and groups during the high incidence season.
