摘 要:目的 分析核磁共振(MRI)联合多模态超声在乳腺肿瘤性质鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 选择2022年5月至2024年4月我院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者78例为研究对象,均进行MRI、多模态超声检查。记录MRI、多模态超声及二者联合诊断乳腺肿瘤性质的结果;以病理结果为“金标准”,对比MRI、多模态超声及二者联合诊断乳腺肿瘤性质的效能。结果 78例乳腺肿瘤患者中,病理检查确诊恶性27例、良性51例;MRI检出恶性20例、良性58例;多模态超声检出恶性22例、良性56例;MRI联合多模态超声检出恶性27例、良性51例。MRI联合多模态超声的特异性、误诊率与MRI和多模态超声对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MRI联合多模态超声的敏感性、准确性(96.30%、 97.44%)均明显高于MRI (62.96%、 83.33%)及多模态超声(66.67%、83.33%),漏诊率(3.70%)明显低于MRI (37.04%)及多模态超声(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 MRI联合多模态超声鉴别诊断乳腺肿瘤性质的价值较高,能够弥补单一诊断的不足,提升肿瘤性质鉴别诊断的敏感性和准确性。Objective To analyze the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with multimodal ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of breast tumor property.Methods A total of 78 patients with breast tumor admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects,and all of them underwent MRI and multimodal ultrasound examinations.The results of MRI,multimodal ultrasound,and their combination in the diagnosis of breast tumor property were recorded;With the pathological results as the"gold standard",the efficiency of MRI,multimodal ultrasound,and their combination in the diagnosis of breast tumor property was compared.Results Among 78 patients with breast tumor,pathological examination confirmed 27 cases as malignant and 51 cases as benign;20 cases of malignancy and 58 cases of benign were detected by MRI;22 cases of malignancy and 56 cases of benign were detected by multimodal ultrasound;27 cases of malignancy and 51 cases of benign were detected by MRI combined with multimodal ultrasound.The specificity and misdiagnosis rate of MRI combined with multimodal ultrasound showed no statistically significant difference compared to MRI and multimodal ultrasound(P>0.05);The sensitivity and accuracy of MRI combined with multimodal ultrasound(96.30%,97.44%)were significantly higher than those of MRI(62.96%,83.33%)and multimodal ultrasound(66.67%,83.33%),while the missed diagnosis rate(3.70%)was significantly lower than that of MRI(37.04%)and multimodal ultrasound(33.33%),with statistically significant significances(P<0.05).Conclusions MRI combined with multimodal ultrasound in differential diagnosis of breast tumor property has high value,which can compensate for the shortcomings of single diagnosis and improve the sensitivity and accuracy of differential diagnosis for tumor properties.
