抗HPV生物凝胶敷料联合LEEP治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变合并高危型HPV感染患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析抗HPV生物凝胶敷料联合LEEP治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)合并高危型HPV感染患者的临床效果。方法70例CIN合并高危型HPV感染患者随机分为两组。对照组采用LEEP治疗,观察组采用LEEP联合抗HPV生物凝胶敷料治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率、GQOLI-74各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月和6个月,观察组的HPV负荷量均低于对照组,HPV转阴率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗HPV生物凝胶敷料联合LEEP治疗CIN合并高危型HPV感染患者的临床效果显著,可有效抑制病毒增殖,促进高危型HPV转阴,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of anti-HPV biological gel dressing combined with LEEP in the treatment of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)complicated with high-risk HPV infection.Methods A total of 70 patients with CIN complicated with high-risk HPV infection were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with LEEP,while the observation group was treated with LEEP combined with anti-HPV biological gel dressing.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were comapred.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and GQOLI-74 dimension scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery,the HPV loads in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the HPV conversion rates were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Anti-HPV biological gel dressing combined with LEEP in the treatment of patients with CIN complicated with high-risk HPV infection has significant clinical effect,which can effectively inhibit virus proliferation,promote the negative transformation of high-risk HPV,and improve the quality of life of patients.
