摘　　要：提升公安机关新质战斗力需要在“机制”上做足功课,作为公安机关新型警务运行模式的重要牵引,“情指行”一体化运行机制是公安改革的重要着力点,对于高水平推进公安工作现代化,打造科技创新新高地,具有至关重要的意义。在推进“情指行”一体化运行机制纵深发展的过程中,需要通过战略引领进一步深化对公安机关新质战斗力的认识;聚焦专业人才培养,为战斗力提升提供人才支撑;优化制度体系,激发公安战斗力潜能;提升治理能力,为公安战斗力的提升保质增效。通过以上四个维度协同发力,以此拓展深化对提升公安机关新质战斗力的系统性规律性认识,全面提升警务工作质效。How to enhance police agencies'new quality combat effectiveness requires us to focus on the"mechanism".The integrated mechanism of"intelligence,commanding and operation"as a crucial impetus for the new type of police agencies'operation mode is a key field of our policing reformation.Furthermore,it is of crucial importance for advancing the modernization of policing and creating a new highlight for scientific and technological innovation.In the process of promoting further development of this integrated mechanism,we ought to deepen our understanding of police agencies'new-quality combat effectiveness through strategic guidance and focus on the cultivation of professionals to provide talent support for enhancing combat effectiveness.We should also optimize the system to stimulate the police potential of combat effectiveness,deepen the modernization process to ensure the enhancement of police combat effectiveness.In the ways mentioned above we can expand and deepen the systematic and regular understanding of enhancing police agencies'new quality combat effectiveness,and comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of policing operation.
