摘　　要：检察机关推动构建以证据为中心的刑事指控体系是以审判为中心的诉讼改革背景下,切实保障人民群众在每一个司法案件中感受到公平正义的具体举措。刑事指控作为检察机关的基本职能,贯穿侦查、起诉和审判的整个过程,检察机关应当充分发挥审前过滤把关、指控证明犯罪等作用,聚焦证据收集审查运用,增强证据意识,提升证据审查能力,做实证据法律监督,并在队伍建设、资源配置、数字赋能方面加强机制保障,通过履职办案让公平正义更好更快实现。The procuratorial agencies'promotion of forming a criminal prosecution system centering on evidence is a practical measure to ensure that the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case under the background of trial-oriented litigation reformation.The criminal prosecution is procuratorial agencies'fundamental function while centering on evidence goes through the whole process of investigation,prosecution and trial.The procuratorial agencies should fully play their role in fltering and screening before trial,accusing and proving criminals guilty,focus on evidence collection,review,and application,enhance evidence awareness,improve evidence review competency,reinforce legal supervision of evidence,and strengthen the formation of mechanisms to guarantee team building,differentiation between complicated and simple cases,and digital empowerment.By performing their duties and handling cases,judicial officers can realize fairness and justice better and faster.
