刑事一体化视域下公安院校刑法学课程教学改革路径研究

摘　　要：刑事一体化对公安院校刑法学教学改革具有现实借鉴意义。在刑事一体化的检视下,公安院校刑法学课程在教学内容的针对性、学科之间的融合性、教学方法的创新性以及评价体系的科学性方面,与当前公安实务工作的实际需求尚存一定差距。因此,应当以刑事一体化为引领,注重教学设计的实战化、场景化,探索刑法学与其他相关学科的深度融合,实现理论与实践的紧密结合,为公安工作提供合格后备力量。The integrated criminal law teaching has practical reference for the reformation of criminal jurisprudence teaching in police colleges and universities.From the perspective of integrated criminal law teaching,there is still a certain gap between the targeted teaching contents,interdisciplinary integration,innovative teaching approaches,scientific evaluation system of criminal law courses in police colleges and universities and the actual needs of current police practices.Accordingly,the integrated criminal law teaching should play a leading role,focus on teaching design and scenario,explore the deep integration of criminal law with other related disciplines and realize a close combination of theory and practice so as to provide qualified reservists for policing.
