摘　　要：农业新质生产力是推动农业绿色发展的关键抓手。农业新质生产力通过有效推动绿色技术创新,拓展农业绿色发展新空间;通过促进农业生产要素跃升,生成农业绿色发展新动能;通过构建现代农业产业体系、生产体系和经营体系,积累农业绿色发展新优势。现阶段,我国农业新质生产力培育还面临农业适应科技创新的动力不足,农业产业体系先进科技含量较低、农业生产体系科技支撑能力不足、农业经营体系先进科技应用程度不够,绿色技术市场发育度有待提升,绿色技术创新的产学研用协同机制仍存堵点,市场应用转化效率不高等现实困境。充分发挥农业新质生产力在农业绿色转型发展中的引领作用,必须着力提升前沿农业科技应用水平,加快现代农业产业体系、生产体系和经营体系建设,进一步完善市场导向的绿色技术创新体系。Agricultural new quality productive forces is a key lever for promoting green development in agriculture.Agricultural new quality productive forces expands new space for agricultural green development by effectively promoting green technology innovation,generates new driving forces for green agricultural development by promoting the leap of agricultural production factors,accumulates new advantages for green agricultural development by building a modern agricultural industry system,production system,and management system.At present,the cultivation of agricultural new quality productive forces in China still faces the challenge of insufficient driving force for agricultural adaptation to technological innovation,low advanced technology content in the agricultural industry system,insufficient technological support capacity in the agricultural production system,insufficient application of advanced technology in the agricultural management system,and the development of the green technology market needs to be improved.The collaborative mechanism of industry university research application in green technology innovation still has bottlenecks,and the efficiency of market application transformation is not high.To fully leverage the leading role of agricultural new quality productive forces in the green transformation and development of agriculture,it is necessary to focus on improving the application level of cutting-edge agricultural technology,accelerating the construction of modern agricultural industry system,production system and management system,and further improving the market-oriented green technology innovation system.
