县域农作物秸秆处理资源化价值评估及循环利用路径——以山东省栖霞市为例

摘　　要：为分析县域农作物秸秆资源化利用价值,以山东省栖霞市为例,基于2015-2022年《栖霞统计年鉴》中各年主要农作物产量,测算县域农作物秸秆时间分布特征,肥料化、能源化利用潜力。结果表明,栖霞市县域农作物秸秆利用潜力大,经济效益显著。理论上,2021年栖霞市秸秆能源化利用经济效益可达2.1亿元,是全市工业利润的1.26倍、约占全市财政收入的16%。秸秆能源化利用农村人口人均经济效益高达570元;但秸秆肥料化利用农村人口人均经济效益仅60元,利用成本却高达1950元/hm^(2);秸秆露天焚烧、随意弃置腐烂等问题屡禁不止。为此,结合县域优势,从3个方面构建县域农作物秸秆绿色循环利用路径,以期为县域农作物秸秆综合利用提供参考依据。In order to clarify value of crop straw resource utilization in counties,taking Qixia City,Shandong Province as an example,based on main crop yields in each year in the Qixia City Statistical Yearbook from 2015 to 2022,temporal distribution characteristics,fertilizer and energy utilization potential of crop straw in counties were calculated.Results showed that crop straw utilization potential of counties was huge and economic benefits were significant.In theory,economic benefits of energy in Qixia City in 2021 were 210 million,which was 1.26 times of industrial profits and about 16%of fiscal revenue.The per capita economic benefit of energy-based rural population was as high as about 570 yuan.However,the per capita economic benefit of fertilizer utilization of rural population was only about 60 yuan,and utilization cost was as high as about 1950 yuan per hectare.Problems such as open burning and random disposal of decay were repeated.Therefore,combined with counties'advantages,green recycling path of crop straw in the county was constructed from three aspects,to provide a reference for comprehensive utilization of crop straw in the county.
