摘  要:为分析运输风险和班期限制对多式联运的影响,提出节点间运输风险和节点处换装风险评价指标体系。采用熵权-突变级数法进行风险综合评估,以运输总成本和运输风险为优化目标,并以班期限制等为约束条件,构建多式联运路径选择模型。以福州-天津的多式联运网络为例,引入自适应第三代非支配排序遗传算法(adaptive non-dominated sorting genetic algorithmⅢ,ANSGA-Ⅲ)进行模型求解,并与第二代非支配排序遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithmⅡ,NSGA-Ⅱ)进行对比。结果表明:双目标优化模型比单目标优化模型能更有效地实现成本和风险的综合最优;班期限制对运输方案的选择有显著影响,考虑班期限制更贴近实际运输需求;ANSGA-Ⅲ显著提高了双目标优化模型解的质量。所提出模型可为不同偏好决策者,以及不同运输时限和不同起运时刻下的运输任务的多式联运路径选择提供一定的参考。In order to analyze the impact of transportation risk and schedule restriction on multimodal transportation,an evaluation index system of inter-node transportation risk and reloading risk at nodes is proposed.The entropy weight-catastrophe progression method is used for the risk comprehensive evaluation.Taking total transportation cost and transportation risk as the optimization goals,and with the constraint such as schedule restriction,a multimodal transportation route selection model is established.The multimodal transportation network of Fuzhou-Tianjin is used as an example,the adaptive non-dominated sorting genetic algorithmⅢ(ANSGA-Ⅲ)is introduced to solve the model,and it is compared with the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithmⅡ(NSGA-Ⅱ).The results show that,the dual-objective optimization model is more effective than the single-objective optimization model in achieving the comprehensive optimization of cost and risk;the impact of schedule restriction on the choice of transportation scheme is significant,and the consideration of schedule restriction is closer to the actual transportation needs;ANSGA-Ⅲalgorithm significantly improves the quality of the dual-objective optimization model solutions.The proposed model can provide reference for the multimodal transportation route selection of different preference decision makers,as well as transportation tasks under different transportation dealines and various departure times.
