摘  要:目的 探讨二氧化碳点阵激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗外阴硬化性苔藓(VLS)的临床效果。方法 选取2022年5月至2024年4月江阴市第三人民医院88例VLS患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(44例,二氧化碳点阵激光联合他克莫司软膏)和对照组(44例,他克莫司软膏)。比较两组治疗前后的临床症状和体征评分以及治愈率及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗1个月后,观察组外阴瘙痒、性交痛和外阴皮肤颜色、外阴皮肤弹性、外阴病变范围评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 二氧化碳点阵激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗VLS疗效确切。Objective To explore the clinical effect of carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with Tacrolimus Ointment in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus(VLS).Methods A total of 88 patients with VLS in the Jiangyin No.3 People's Hospital from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(44 cases,carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with Tacrolimus Ointment) and control group(44 cases,Tacrolimus Ointment)by random number table method.The scores of clinical symptoms(vulvar pruritus,dyspareunia) and signs(vulvar skin color,vulvar skin elasticity,and vulvar lesion range) before and after treatment,as well as the cure rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the scores of vulvar pruritus,pain during intercourse,vulvar skin color,vulvar skin elasticity and vulvar lesion range in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with Tacrolimus Ointment is effective in the treatment of VLS.
