阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂联合喉咽清口服液治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂联合喉咽清口服液治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎的临床效果。方法 选取陕西省咸阳市儿童医院2022年5月至2023年5月收治的118例急性扁桃体炎患儿,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各59例。对照组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂,研究组在对照组基础上采用喉咽清口服液,比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗前,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平比较差异不显著(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、PCT、IL-2、IL-6水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较差异不显著(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 使用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾干混悬剂联合喉咽清口服液治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎,能够改善患儿的炎症指标和中医证候积分,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium for Suspension combined with Houyanqing Oral Liquid in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children.Methods A total of 118 children with acute tonsillitis admitted to Shaanxi Xianyang Children's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium for Suspension,while the study group received Houyanqing Oral Liquid on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6) levels between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,the CRP,PCT,IL-2,IL-6 levels decreased in both groups,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores decreased in both groups,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The clinical efficacy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The use of Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium for Suspension combined with Houyanqing Oral Liquid in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children can improve the inflammatory indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of children,which is worth promoting.
