甲氧氯普胺联合维生素B1、维生素B6治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨妊娠剧吐患者采用甲氧氯普胺与维生素B1、维生素B6联合治疗的临床效果。方法 研究时间为2023年5月至2024年4月,选取麻城市人民医院产科妊娠剧吐患者86例,以随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组采用维生素B1+维生素B6治疗,观察组采用甲氧氯普胺联合维生素B1、维生素B6治疗,比较两组电解质指标、临床治疗效果和不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(95.35%)与对照组(79.07%)相比更高(P<0.05);两组治疗前相关电解质指标水平比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组均改善,且观察组相关电解质指标水平优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率与对照组相比更低(P<0.05)。结论 甲氧氯普胺联合维生素B1、维生素B6治疗妊娠剧吐效果确切,可以调节电解质指标,改善呕吐情况。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Metoclopramide combined with Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 in the treatment of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods From May 2023 to April 2024,86 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum in the Department of Obstetrics of People's Hospital of Macheng City were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6,and the observation group was treated with Metoclopramide combined with Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6.The electrolyte indexes,clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.35%) was higher than that of the control group(79.07%)(P < 0.05).There were no differences in the levels of related electrolytes between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the levels of electrolytes in the two groups were improved,and the levels of related electrolytes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Metoclopramide combined with Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 is effective in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum,which can regulate electrolyte indexes and improve vomiting.
