七氟烷与丙泊酚对老年乳腺癌术后患者苏醒质量及认知功能的影响比较

摘　　要：目的 分析七氟烷与丙泊酚对老年乳腺癌术后患者苏醒质量及认知功能的影响。方法 选取2019年12月至2022年12月济南市第二妇幼保健院收治的100例老年乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(50例)使用靶控输注装置注射丙泊酚维持麻醉,观察组(50例)采用七氟烷持续吸入维持麻醉。比较两组认知功能[简明精神状态量表(MMSE)评分]及术后苏醒质量。结果 观察组术后6h、1 d、3 d、7 d MMSE评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组术后苏醒质量高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 七氟烷持续吸入维持麻醉对老年乳腺癌术后患者认知功能的影响较小,苏醒质量更高。Objective To analyze the effect of Sevoflurane and Propofol on awakening quality and cognitive function in elderly patients with breast cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 100 elderly breast cancer patients admitted to the Second Children & Women' Healthcare of Jinan from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.All the patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(50cases) received Propofol injection using a target controlled infusion device to maintain anesthesia,and the observation group(50 cases) received continuous inhalation of Sevoflurane to maintain anesthesia.The cognitive function(minimental state examination [MMSE] score) and postoperative awakening quality were compared between the two groups.Results The MMSE scores at 6 hours,1 day,3 days,and 7 days after surgery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The postoperative awakening quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Continuous inhalation of Sevoflurane to maintain anesthesia has less effect on cognitive function of elderly patients with breast cancer after surgery,and the awakening quality is higher.
