基于Roy适应模式的延伸精准护理对排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者自我效能感、心理状态及自我护理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的 评价基于Roy适应模式的延伸精准护理对排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者自我效能感、心理状态及自我护理能力的影响。方法 选取2022年5月至2023年12月在同济大学附属东方医院胶州医院妇科住院的88例排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组各44例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行基于Roy适应模式的延伸精准护理,比较两组的自我效能感、焦虑情绪、自我护理能力、护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组自我效能感评分高于对照组,焦虑情绪评分低于对照组(P <0.05);护理后,观察组自我护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于Roy适应模式的延伸精准护理模式用于排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者,可提高患者的自我效能感、自我护理能力、护理满意度,改善心理状态。Objective To evaluate the effect of extended precision care based on Roy adaptation model on self-efficacy,mental state and self-care ability of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction.Methods From May 2022 to December 2023,88 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction in Jiaozhou Hospital,Oriental Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University were selected as the study objects and grouped into two groups by random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received extended precision care based on Roy adaptation model.Self-efficacy,anxiety,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,self-efficacy score in observation group was higher than that in control group,anxiety score was lower than that in control group(P < 0.05).After nursing,self-care ability score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P < 0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion For patients with abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction,the extended precision care based on Roy adaptation model can improve their self-efficacy,self-care ability,satisfaction with care,and psychological status.
