全面护理模式在妊娠高血压综合征患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 研究全面护理模式在妊娠高血压综合征患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年7月至2023年12月菏泽市牡丹区中医医院妇产科收治的妊娠高血压综合征患者166例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(83例)和试验组(83例)。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用全面护理模式,比较两组的收缩压(SDP)及舒张压(DBP)水平、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及产后2、24 h出血量、Apgar评分、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分、不良妊娠事件总发生率、护理总满意率。结果 护理10 d后,试验组SDP水平、DBP水平、SAS评分、SDS评分、不良妊娠事件总发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组出生1、5 min Apgar评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分、护理总满意率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组产后2、24 h出血量均少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 采用全面护理模式干预妊娠高血压综合征患者,能够控制病情,减少产后出血量,降低不良妊娠事件发生率,提高新生儿出生质量,有效减轻不良情绪,提高护理满意度。Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing model in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods From July 2020 to December 2023,166 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Heze Mudan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group(83 cases) and experimental group(83 cases) by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing model.The levels of systolic pressure(SDP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score,self-rating depression scale(SDS) score,postpartum blood loss at 2 and 24 hours,Apgar score,the World Health Organization quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF) score,total adverse pregnancy events rate,and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After 10 days of nursing,SDP level,DBP level,SAS score,SDS score,and total adverse pregnancy events rate of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P < 0.05).The Apgar score at 1 and 5 minutes after birth,WHOQOL-BREF score and nursing satisfaction rate of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P <0.05).The postpartum blood loss at 2 and 24 hours of the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension can control the condition,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of complications,improve the birth quality of newborns,effectively reduce negative emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
