摘　　要：目的 观察积极心理支持在急性化脓性阑尾炎患儿围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法 以随机数字表法将2022年1月至12月济南市第三人民医院收治的78例急性化脓性阑尾炎患儿分为观察组(39例,采用常规护理联合积极心理支持)与对照组(39例,采用常规护理)。比较两组心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、临床指标、家长满意度、并发症发生率。结果 护理后,观察组SAS、SDS、VAS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组家长总满意率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在急性化脓性阑尾炎患儿围手术期护理中应用积极心理支持,可调节患儿心理状态,缓解其疼痛感,促进康复,减少并发症发生,提升家长满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of positive psychological support in perioperative nursing of children with acute suppurative appendicitis.Methods A total of 78 children with acute suppurative appendicitis admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were divided into the observation group(39 cases,received routine nursing combined with positive psychological support) and the control group(39 cases,received routine nursing) according to the random number table method.The psychological status(self-rating anxiety scale [SAS] and self-rating depression scale [SDS]),pain degree(visual analogue scale [VAS]),clinical indicators,parental satisfaction,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS,SDS,and VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The first exhaust time,first defecation time,getting out of bed time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The total rate of parental satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of positive psychological support in perioperative nursing of children with acute suppurative appendicitis can regulate their adverse psychological status,relieve the pain,promote rehabilitation,reduce the occurrence of complications,and enhance parental satisfaction.
