摘　　要：介绍了一款风机叶轮底板连续模具设计,此零件材质为铝材(A5052)。分析了该零件的工序图排样方案的确定以及模具结构设计的特点,介绍了铝材成型过程的痛点和难点及其解决方案。经过一年多的生产验证,该模具结构新颖合理,实现了产品的稳定高效生产。This article introduces the design of progressive die for the bottom plate of a fan impeller,which is made of aluminum material(A5052).This article describes the determination of the process diagram layout plan for the part and the characteristics of the die structure design.It also introduces the pain points and difficulties in the aluminum forming process and their solutions.After more than a year of production verification,the die structure is novel and reasonable,achieving stable and efficient production of the product.
