摘　　要：对TPE材质的弹簧管塑件结构进行了分析,针对塑件内外都有倒扣的特点,把倒扣分别设计成动、定模型芯型腔和动、定模滑块4个部分,进行了先后抽芯的顺序留出变形空间实现塑件强脱,模具结构设计简单、可靠,对于类似结构的塑件具有很高的参考价值。Through the analysis of the structure of TPE material spring tube plastic parts,considering the characteristic of inverted hooks on both the inside and outside of the plastic parts,the inverted hooks are designed into four parts,fixed half and moving half and fixed and moving mold sliders.By sequentially removing cores to leave deformation space,the strong release of plastic parts is achieved.The mold structure design is simple and reliable,and it has high reference value for similar structural plastic parts.
