摘　　要：针对汽车饰件模具设计中滑块分型线段差问题,探讨了实现零段差的设计方法及其制造工艺技术。通过分析现有技术的不足,提出了一系列改进措施,并通过实验验证了这些措施的有效性。This paper addresses the problem of slide-block parting line deviation in automotive trim mold design,and explores the design method and manufacturing technology for achieving zero deviation.By analyzing the shortcomings of existing technologies,a series of improvement measures are proposed,and their effectiveness is verified through experiments.
