摘　　要：以挖机缓冲套为例探讨如何通过合理设计夹具,使用车铣复合机床及在线测量等方法手段,来解决径向刚度差、在装夹夹紧力的作用下工件容易变形等问题,以保证达到工件加工要求。This paper takes the excavator buffer sleeve as an example to discuss how to solve the problems of poor radial stiffness and easy deformation of the workpiece under the action of clamping force through reasonable design of fixtures,the use of turning and milling compound machine tools and online measurement,so as to ensure that the workpiece processing requirements are met.
