摘  要:对动力电池铝箔加工厚度控制的技术方法、挑战以及有效对策进行了讨论。首先,详细介绍了铝箔加工厚度控制的常见技术方法,一是从铝箔厚度均匀性和机械性能的角度出发,对多道次轧制工艺和高精度轧制设备的效用进行了分析;二是从测厚仪器、实时监控与反馈系统这两方面讨论了在线检测技术;三是从铝箔厚度和机械性能的稳定性的角度出发,强调了温度控制技术的重要性。其次,结合现状提出了铝箔厚度控制方面存在的常见问题,包括边缘厚度问题、温度波动问题、材料质量不稳定问题等,为研究指明了方向。最后,结合上述问题提出了相应的优化对策,如改进设备、注重监测和维护等,为动力电池铝箔的生产质量提供保障。This article discusses the technical methods,challenges,and effective countermeasures for controlling the thickness of aluminum foil processing for power batteries.Primarily,three common technical methods for controlling the thickness of aluminum foil processing were introduced in detail.Method one analyzed the effectiveness of multi pass rolling process and high-precision rolling equipment from the perspective of aluminum foil thickness uniformity and mechanical properties;Method two discussed online detection technology from two aspects:thickness measuring instruments,real-time monitoring,and feedback systems;Method three emphasizes the importance of temperature control technology from the perspective of the stability of aluminum foil thickness and mechanical properties.Subsequently,common problems in aluminum foil thickness control were identified based on the current situation,including edge thickness issues,temperature fluctuations,and unstable material quality issues,providing direction for research.Finally,corresponding optimization measures were proposed based on the above issues,such as improving equipment,emphasizing monitoring and maintenance,etc.,to provide assurance for the production quality of aluminum foil for power batteries.
