摘　　要：安装在数控机床刀库的刀具在长时间不使用的情况下,由于车间的灰尘和刀具使用时残留油污的原因会出现刀柄锈蚀,使刀具的使用精度降低,损害机床主轴锥孔面,经常会出现刀具直径和长度尺寸不准确的情况,导致加工零件不合格。通过对数控机床西门子操作系统的深入研究,编制合理的宏程序,实现了对数控机床超大型塔式刀库实现自动换刀,达到清洁刀柄,防止刀柄锈蚀的良好效果。When the tool installed in the tool magazine of CNC machine tools is not used for a long time,the handle will rust due to the dust in the workshop and the residual oil pollution when the tool is used,which will reduce the use accuracy of the tool,damage the taper hole surface of the machine tool spindle,and often lead to inaccurate tool diameter and length,resulting in unqualified parts.Through the in-depth study of Siemens operating system of CNC machine tools,a reasonable macro program is compiled to realize automatic tool change for the super-large tower tool library of CNC machine tools,so as to clean the tool handle and prevent the tool handle from rusting.
