摘 要:针对大功率V型柴油机对增压系统的高性能和高可靠性要求,开展了多增压系统的匹配设计与可靠性研究。通过分析多增压系统的应用现状,结合典型16缸V型柴油机的增压需求,确定增压器的关键性能参数,制定了增压器与发动机匹配的基本原则。在此基础上,针对研究对象发动机,设计了六增压器对称布置方案,并采用计算流体力学方法对增压系统进行了优化仿真,获得了合理的进排气管路布置。台架试验表明,所开发的多增压系统可显著提升发动机的低速性能,且具有较高的可靠性水平,为大功率V型柴油机的增压设计提供了重要参考。In order to meet the high performance and high reliability requirements of supercharging system for high-power V-type diesel engines,the matching design and reliability research of multi-supercharging system were carried out.Based on the analysis of the application status of the multi-supercharger system,the key performance parameters of the supercharger are determined,and the basic principle of matching the supercharger with the engine is formulated.On this basis,the symmetrical arrangement of six superchargers is designed for the engine,and the supercharger system is optimized and simulated by computational fluid dynamics method,and a reasonable arrangement of inlet and exhaust pipes is obtained.Bench tests show that the developed multi-supercharging system can significantly improve the low-speed performance of the engine and has a high reliability level,which provides an important reference for the supercharging design of high-power V-type diesel engines.
